Uses
To treat hypertension, Bisoprolol is used with or without other medicines. Reducing hypertension helps prevent stroke, heart attack and kidney problems.
Bisoprolol is related to a class of drugs called beta blockers. It works by blocking the action of some natural chemicals in your body such as epinephrine on the heart and blood vessels. This effect reduces heart rate, blood pressure and pressure on the heart.

Fatigue, slow heart beat, diarrhea and dizziness may occur. If any of these effects persists or worsens, tell your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
